Vance Display - Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vance Display. We are committed to delivering your portable exhibition solutions, custom trade show displays, and event tents safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed, produced, and transported.

1. Production Time vs. Shipping Time

Because many of our professional display systems involve custom-printed corporate graphics and hardware configuration, delivery consists of two phases:

  • Standard (In-Stock) Items: Processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • Custom-Printed Products: Production typically takes 4–7 business days starting from the day you grant final approval on your artwork proofs.

  • Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or official public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We partner with leading global carriers (including FedEx, DHL, UPS) to provide secure delivery. Shipping options and estimated time frames after production include:

  • Express Shipping (Recommended for Trade Shows): 3–7 business days to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and the European Union.

  • Standard / Economy Shipping: 8–15 business days depending on the destination region.

  • Exact shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on total package dimensions, volumetric weight, and your delivery zip code.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your display equipment has passed quality inspection and is dispatched, a tracking confirmation email containing your tracking numbers will be sent to you automatically. You can monitor your shipment’s journey directly on the carrier’s official website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Vance Display is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, tariffs, or local taxes applied to your package by the destination country. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (the importer of record).

5. Delivery Failures & Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are unable to reroute shipments once they leave our fulfillment centers. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to coordinate with the local courier after multiple delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping fees.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Our display systems are securely packed for international transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us at info@vancedisplay.com within 48 hours. Please preserve all outer boxes and labels to assist us in filing an immediate claim with the courier.
